Flight Training Perth operates a well maintained fleet of modern aircraft from our Jandakot Airport base.
Aircraft are available for private hire and flight instruction.

CESSNA 152
Manufactured in the United States the 152 is constructed from lightweight aluminium alloy and equipped with a durable 110hp Lycoming engine making it economical to operate without compromising on performance.
A docile but robust aircraft it’s the perfect machine for initial flying training and the aircraft we use for Recreational Pilot License Training and Trial Instructional Flights.

CESSNA 172R
The Cessna 172 Skyhawk is a popular aircraft with over 44,000 produced worldwide since it was introduced in 1955, and they are still in production today.
The 172R variant was first produced in 1996 and featured a number of design improvements including a factory-fitted fuel-injected engine.
This high-wing four-seater is primarily used for flight training, private aviation and scenic flights. It features excellent stability and modern avionics which provides a safe and comfortable flying experience for beginners and experienced flyers alike.

GROB 115 C2
Our primary aircraft for PPL and CPL training is the Grob G115C2. Versions of the Grob 115 are used extensively to train pilots for the Royal Airforce and the Finnish Airforce.
The Grob 115 features a robust modern airframe made up of carbon composite materials and is equipped with a constant speed propeller.
Due to its constant speed propeller all students graduating from courses taught on the Grob 115 automatically gain a Manual Propeller Pitch Control (MPPC) endorsement in addition to their aircraft class rating.

MOONEY M20J
The ‘M20’ series – fast, single engines with retractable undercarriage – were the most successful design from Mooney with the M20J debuting in 1977.
(an older model M20E serves as the memorial to ‘The Sugar Bird Lady’ near Jandakot Airport!)
Considered a complex aircraft, the M20J enjoys a cruise speed of 150 knots and is a great aircraft for advanced skills training.

BEECHCRAFT A36 BONANZA
The Beechcraft A36 Bonanza features a distinctive design and spacious cabin that can seat up to six.
A popular aircraft, the A36 is versatile and reliable and is ideal for both short flights and longer journeys with a comfortable cruising speed. The range of this aircraft makes it a popular choice for both personal use and flight training.
The original Bonanza model was introduced in 1947 and the A36 continues to be known for its reliable performance, and now incorporates modern and sophisticated avionics. The interior combines comfort and practicality while the single piston engine offers a reliable flight experience for both beginners and seasoned pilots.

CESSNA T210
The Cessna T210 is a high-performance single-engine aircraft with a retractable gear.
This high-wing turbocharged model features six seats and excellent cruising performance, making it a highly popular choice for charter aircraft.
Known for its stability in handling, this is a sought after aircraft for those seeking their first commercial job – it is the most likely type to be flown by commercial charter companies.

BEECHCRAFT DUCHESS
The Beechcraft Duchess is a four-seat, twin-engine aircraft, allowing students to advance their flying skills and achieve their multi-engine rating.
An all-metal low-wing aircraft, the Duchess also features a retractable landing gear for those completing their retractable undercarriage endorsement.

BEECHCRAFT 58 BARON
The Beechcraft 58 Baron is a twin-engine long body piston aircraft and was first introduced in 1969. Larger and more powerful than the 55 Baron, the 58 features a longer fuselage as well as double rear fuselage doors to access the rear seats.
The improved access to the rear cabin and four side windows makes this aircraft very passenger friendly and is a popular choice for air charter.
The Baron 58 offers solid handling and a reliable and comfortable flying experience. Often described as ‘a joy to fly’ the popular Barons are still in production today.
This aircraft is popular for IFR training due to employers preferring Baron experience.
